We are presently serving the whole of Bangalore city, with plans to expand to other cities soon

What all services does FixMyGadgets provide?
We service and fix smartphones, tablets, laptops, home appliances LED, LCD

What does the three month warranty cover?
As a part of our 100% satisfaction guarantee, we promise a 3 month 'No questions asked' service warranty on all the repairs made by us, which means, in case the same issue arises as earlier, we promise to repair the same, free of cost. We however would not undertake issues caused due to mishandling or accidental damage of the device by the customer

What happens if my gadget has a software issue?
Our team of highly qualified servicemen shall do their best to resolve your software needs. However in certain rare cases, the risk remains with the customer

What happens after the device is collected?
We first diagnose the issue and then a price quotation will be given to the customer, based on the diagnosis. Once the customer gives the go ahead, the device will then be serviced/repaired

How safe is my data?
While we take every care possible to ensure that the data on device is safe and protected, we strongly advice to have appropriate data back up before submitting the device.
