Losing a warranty card is frustrating. Losing a purchase invoice is worse — especially when you need to make a claim or sell the device. GadgetCloud solves this by giving every gadget its own digital document folder.
Why Digitise Your Gadget Documents?
Physical documents get lost, fade, or get misplaced during a move. Digital copies in GadgetCloud are:
- Always with you — accessible from any device, anywhere
- Linked to the right gadget — no hunting through old email threads
- Private by default — stored in a secure S3 bucket, only visible to you and your assigned users
- Searchable by type — filter by Invoice, Warranty Card, Manual, and more

Privacy and Access Control
Your documents are stored in a private AWS S3 bucket. No presigned URL is shared publicly — every download link is generated on-demand and expires after 1 hour.
If you assign a family member as a User, they can view device photos but cannot upload invoices or warranty cards. Only Owners and Maintainers can upload and delete non-photo documents.
Book a Repair with Your Device Pre-Filled
When you book a repair from a gadget card, the device category, brand, and model are automatically pre-filled in the booking form. Combined with the document vault, you have everything a technician might need — instantly accessible.
