As a sales partner, you earn commissions on every qualifying payment made by the repair technicians you have onboarded. The Commissions page gives you a complete history of every event, filtering tools, and a payout request button.
The Three Summary Cards
At the top of the Commissions page:

| Pending Payout | Approved commissions not yet paid out |
| Paid Out | Total commissions already disbursed to you |
Total Earned = Pending Payout + Paid Out at all times.
Commission Rate
You earn 5% on every qualifying payment made by your onboarded partners. The rate is set by admin and may differ across sales accounts. To check your specific rate, contact your admin.
Commission Types
Not every payment triggers a commission. The qualifying types are:
Partner Onboarding Fee
When a partner completes payment of their one-time onboarding fee, you earn 5% of that amount.
- Applies to: Regular partners (configurable fee) and Franchise partners (subscription-based)
- When credited: As soon as the payment is verified
Credit Top-up
When a regular partner purchases a credit package to fund their job-acceptance activity, you earn 5% of the package value.
- Credit packages: ₹500, ₹1,000, ₹2,000, ₹5,000 (with bonus credits on larger packages)
- Partners buy credits proactively to ensure they can accept jobs
Assignment Fee
When a regular partner accepts a repair job, an assignment fee is deducted from their credits. You earn 5% of that fee.
- Assignment fees vary by repair category (set in admin settings)
- High-volume partners generate frequent assignment fee commissions
Franchise Subscription
When a franchise partner renews their annual subscription, you earn 5% of the subscription amount.
Filtering the History Table
Use the filter buttons to narrow your view:
- All Types — shows every commission event
- Onboarding — only onboarding fees
- Credit Top-up — only credit purchases
- Assignment Fee — only per-job commissions
- Subscription — only franchise renewals
Filtering is useful when you want to understand which commission type drives the most of your earnings.
Reading the History Table
Each row shows:

| Commission (5%) | Your earnings from that event |
The table is paginated — older records are on later pages.
Requesting a Payout
Once you have accumulated pending commissions, you can request a payout:
- Click Request Payout on the Commissions page
- Enter the amount you want to pay out (up to your full Pending Payout balance)
- Submit the request
An admin reviews payout requests and processes them manually. Typical processing time depends on your organisation's payment schedule.
Tips for Growing Commissions
- Keep partners active — commission from assignment fees is recurring as long as partners accept jobs
- Help partners top up credits — a partner who runs out of credits stops accepting jobs and stops generating commissions
- Onboard franchise partners — subscription commissions are predictable and come annually without per-job effort
