The 6 KPI Cards
The top row of the dashboard shows six key metrics at a glance.
| Card | What It Measures |
|---|---|
| Total Partners | All partners you have ever onboarded (cumulative) |
| Active (30d) | Partners who accepted at least one repair job in the last 30 days |
| Pending Approval | Partners you have registered who are awaiting admin review |
| Total Earnings | All commission you have earned since your account was created |
| This Month | Commission earned in the current calendar month |
| Pending Payout | Commissions approved but not yet paid out to you |
Total Partners vs Active Partners is an important distinction. A partner who registered but never accepted a job will count in Total Partners but not in Active (30d). Your goal is to keep the active ratio high — that is where commissions come from.
Commission Target
Below the KPI cards, you will see a progress bar showing your commission target for the current month.
The target is calculated automatically:
- The system looks at your commission earnings from the last 3 calendar months
- It calculates the average monthly earnings across those months
- That average is multiplied by 1.2 (a 20% growth expectation)
- The result is floored at a minimum of ₹500
If you are a new account with no commission history, the starter goal is set to ₹1,000.
If your admin has set a specific monthly target for your account, that value takes precedence over the auto-calculated one.
Why Auto-Calculated?
Static targets go stale. If you had a strong month onboarding 5 partners, a fixed ₹500 target no longer reflects your actual capacity. The auto-calculated target grows with your performance so it stays motivating without manual admin intervention.
Onboarding Target
Next to the commission target is the onboarding target — a monthly count of new partners you aim to register.
This target is set by your admin and reflects how many new partners the organisation expects from you each month. The progress bar updates in real-time as you onboard new partners.
Recent Onboardings
The Recent Onboardings list shows your last 5 onboarded partners with:
- Partner name and type badge (Regular / Franchise)
- Approval status — Pending, Approved, or Rejected
- Date joined — when their account was created
Partners start as Pending and must be approved by an admin before they can accept repair jobs. You can click View All to open your full My Partners list.
Recent Commissions
The Recent Commissions feed shows the latest commission events across all your onboarded partners:
- Partner name — which of your partners triggered the commission
- Payment type — Onboarding Fee, Credit Top-up, Assignment Fee, or Subscription
- Commission earned — your 5% cut of the payment
This feed updates whenever any of your partners makes a qualifying payment. A quiet feed usually means partners are not active — worth following up.
