Managing Partner Profiles: Edit Business Info, Approve Credits, Track Jobs
After onboarding a partner, your job is not done. Partners may need their business profile updated, credits to get started, or help understanding their approval status. The My Partners section gives you full visibility and control over the partners you have registered.
My Partners List
Navigate to Sales → My Partners to see all partners linked to your account.
Filters
The list has two sets of filter chips:
By approval status:
- All, Pending, Approved, Rejected
By partner type:
- All, Regular, Franchise
You can also use the search box to find a specific partner by name, email, or partner ID.
What Each Column Shows

Partner Detail Page
The detail page gives you a full picture of a single partner.
Stats Row
Four cards at the top:
- Total Repairs — all jobs accepted by this partner ever
- Completed — jobs that reached the Completed status
- Credits Balance — current available credits
- Onboarding — Paid or Unpaid
Business Information
The lower section shows all business profile fields: email, phone, WhatsApp, business name, contact person, address, area, city, state, pincode, business hours, and description.
Editing a Partner's Business Profile
Click Edit Profile to open the inline edit form. You can update any of the following fields:
- Full Name — the partner's registered name
- Business Name — their shop or service name
- Phone — primary contact number
- WhatsApp — WhatsApp number (may differ from phone)
- Contact Person — a different person to contact at the business
- Address — street address
- Area / Locality — neighbourhood or locality name
- City — city of operation
- State — state
- Pincode — primary service pincode
- Business Hours — opening and closing times
- Description — a short description of the business (shows on public directory)
Click Save Changes when done. Changes take effect immediately.
Grant Onboarding Credits
Within 7 days of a partner's registration, you can grant them bonus credits to help them get started.
This is useful when:
- The partner is hesitant to buy credits before trying the platform
- You want to incentivise them to accept their first few jobs quickly
- You are running a promotional campaign for new partners
How to Grant Credits
- Open the partner detail page
- Scroll to the Grant Onboarding Credits section
- Enter the amount (in rupees)
- Click Grant Credits
The credits are added to the partner's balance immediately.
Limits: Your total grant limit is set by admin. Once you exhaust your limit, you cannot grant more credits until your admin resets it or increases your allowance.
Expiry: The 7-day window is calculated from the partner's registration date. After 7 days, the Grant Credits section will show a note that the window has passed.
Approval Status
Newly registered partners start with status Pending. An admin must review and approve them before they can see and accept available repair jobs.
- Pending — registered, not yet approved
- Approved — fully active, can accept jobs
- Rejected — registration was declined
If a partner is stuck in Pending for longer than expected, contact your admin. Common reasons for delay include incomplete business information or unverified contact details.
Recent Payments
At the bottom of the partner detail page, the Recent Payments table shows the last 10 payments this partner has made — along with the commission you earned on each one.
