Getting started
Log in to your account
Sign in with your registered email and OTP. If you don't have an account yet, one is created automatically the first time you verify your OTP — no passwords needed.
Go to "My Gadgets"
From your customer dashboard, click "My Gadgets" in the sidebar. This is your personal device vault — a single place to store everything about every device you own.
Add a new gadget
Click "Add Gadget" and fill in the details: device category, brand, model, purchase date, and serial number. The more details you add, the faster future bookings will be.
Upload photos and documents
Add photos of your device, warranty cards, purchase receipts, or service records. All files are stored securely in the cloud. You can upload up to 10 files per gadget.
Use your gadgets when booking repairs
When you book a repair, select from your saved gadgets. All device details auto-fill into the booking form — no retyping brand, model, or serial numbers every time.

Auto-save from bookings
When you book a repair, the device is automatically saved to your gadget collection — no manual entry needed. Duplicate devices are detected and skipped.
Service history tracking
Every completed repair is linked to the gadget. Over time, you build a complete service history for each device — useful for warranty claims or resale.
Warranty and purchase info
Store purchase date, price, and warranty period. Never lose track of when your warranty expires or what you paid for a device.
Secure cloud storage
Photos, documents, and device data are stored securely on AWS. Only you (and support staff when assisting you) can access your files.
Common questions
How many gadgets can I add?▾
By default, you can store up to 10 gadgets per account. Each gadget supports up to 10 photos and documents. If you need more, contact support.
Can I edit or delete a gadget?▾
Yes. Open any gadget from your collection and click edit to update details, or delete to remove it entirely. Deleting a gadget also removes its photos and documents.
Are my photos and documents private?▾
Yes. Your files are stored in a private, encrypted cloud bucket. Only your account and authorised support staff can access them. Files are never shared with third parties.
Does adding a gadget cost anything?▾
No. The gadget management feature is completely free for all customers. There are no storage fees or subscription charges.
Can the technician see my gadget details?▾
When a technician is assigned to your repair, they can see the device details (brand, model, issue description) for that specific booking. They cannot browse your full gadget collection.
