Manage Repairs

Accept jobs, update status, communicate with customers, and track your earnings — all from your partner dashboard.

Job workflow

Check "Available Jobs"

Your partner dashboard shows all open repair requests in your service area. Each listing shows the device category, issue summary, customer location (general area), and preferred time slot.

Accept a job

Tap "Accept" to claim a job. The assignment fee is deducted from your wallet and you receive the customer's full address and contact details. The customer is notified that you are assigned.

Update your status

As you work through the job, update your status: "On the Way" when you leave, "In Progress" when you start the repair. The customer sees real-time updates and receives email notifications.

Chat with the customer

Use the in-app chat on the job page to coordinate with the customer — confirm arrival time, ask about the issue, or share updates. All messages are stored for reference.

Complete and collect payment

When the repair is done, mark the job as "Completed". Collect payment directly from the customer via cash, UPI, or other methods. You keep 100% of the repair charge.

Status timeline

Every job has a full timeline: when it was created, when you accepted, each status change, and completion. Useful for disputes or record-keeping.

In-app communication

Chat with customers without sharing your personal phone number. Messages are linked to specific bookings for easy reference.

Earnings and analytics

Track your total jobs, earnings breakdown, performance metrics, and acceptance rate from your partner analytics page.

Common questions

Can I cancel an accepted job?

You can cancel before starting the journey. Frequent cancellations affect your rating. Assignment fees are not refunded for cancellations.

What if the customer is not available?

Try contacting them via chat or call. If unreachable, mark it in the app and contact support. The job may be cancelled without penalty to you.

How do I handle a dispute?

Contact partner support via the app or email partners@fixmygadgets.in. Provide job details and documentation. Our team investigates and mediates.

Can I see my past completed jobs?

Yes. Your "Assigned Jobs" page shows all jobs including completed ones. You can filter by status and date range to review your history.
