Build your online presence, manage your services and availability, and grow your repair business on FixMyGadgets.

Setting up your shop

Set up your business profile

Go to "Business Profile" from your partner dashboard. Add your business name, a description of your expertise, and upload a professional profile photo. This is what customers see on the technician directory.

Add your services

List the repair services you offer with descriptions and pricing. Upload photos of your work for each service category. A detailed service list helps customers choose you with confidence.

Configure service areas

Add the pincodes where you provide service. You can manage multiple areas and adjust them anytime. More pincodes means more visibility and more job notifications.

Set your availability

Configure your working hours for each day of the week. Toggle between "Available" and "Unavailable" as needed. Customers can only book during your available hours.

Build your public profile

Your profile appears on the FixMyGadgets technician directory. Add portfolio photos, certifications, and a detailed bio. Complete profiles with good reviews attract more direct inquiries.

Wallet and credits

Manage your wallet balance, view transaction history, and add funds via UPI or card. Credit packages offer bonus credits: ₹1000 gets you 1100 credits (+10%).

Earnings analytics

Track total jobs completed, earnings breakdown by category, average rating, and acceptance rate. Use insights to focus on your most profitable services.

Customer reviews

Every completed job can generate a review. Your average rating and recent reviews are displayed on your profile. Respond to build trust with future customers.

Common questions

Do I need a physical shop to register?

No. Many technicians on FixMyGadgets provide doorstep service without a physical shop. Your business profile represents your online presence on the platform.

Can I update my profile anytime?

Yes. You can update your business name, description, services, photos, availability, and service areas at any time from your partner dashboard.

How do customer reviews work?

After each completed job, the customer can leave a 1–5 star rating with optional comments. Your average rating is displayed on your public profile.

What are credit packages?

Credit packages let you pre-load your wallet at a discount: ₹500 (500 credits), ₹1000 (1100 credits, +10%), ₹2000 (2300 credits, +15%), ₹5000 (6000 credits, +20%).

How do I add service area photos?

Go to Business Profile > Services, select a service category, and upload a photo. Service images appear on your directory listing and help showcase your work quality.
