Track Repair History

Follow every repair from booking to completion. Get real-time status updates, chat with your technician, and keep a permanent record of all your repairs.

Repair status stages

Available

Your request has been submitted and is visible to technicians in your area. Waiting for a technician to accept.

Assigned

A technician has accepted your request. You will receive their name and contact details via email and notification.

On the Way

The technician is travelling to your location. You can contact them via chat if you need to share directions or details.

In Progress

The repair is underway. The technician has diagnosed the issue and you have approved the cost estimate.

Completed

The repair is done. You can now leave a rating and review for the technician. A completion email with details has been sent.

How to track your repairs

Log in and go to "My Bookings"

From your customer dashboard, click "My Bookings" in the sidebar. You will see a list of all your repair requests — active and past.

View booking details

Click on any booking to see full details: device info, issue description, assigned technician, scheduled time, current status, and a timeline of every status change.

Chat with your technician

Once a technician is assigned, an in-app chat opens on the booking page. Use it to share additional photos, confirm arrival time, or ask questions about the repair.

Receive email updates

You get an email at every status change — when a technician is assigned, when they are on the way, and when the repair is completed. No need to check the app constantly.

Leave a review

After the repair is completed, rate your technician (1–5 stars) and leave optional feedback. Your review helps other customers and maintains quality on the platform.

Common questions

Can I cancel a booking?

Yes. Cancellations before a technician is assigned are free. After assignment, contact support. Go to your booking details and click "Cancel Booking".

Can I reschedule?

Yes, you can reschedule from your booking details if the technician has not yet started the journey. For later changes, contact support.

How long is repair history kept?

All your bookings are stored permanently in your account. You can view the full history of every repair — including completed, cancelled, and past bookings.

What if the technician does not show up?

Contact support immediately. We will either assign a new technician or help you reschedule. You will not be charged for missed appointments.

How do I contact the technician?

Once assigned, use the in-app chat on your booking page. You can send text messages and share photos directly with the technician.
