2.3 Location and Weather Data

• Geolocation (optional): If you grant permission, we use your browser's geolocation API to determine your approximate location for weather data and contextual suggestions.
• Weather data: We fetch weather information from third-party weather services (Open-Meteo) based on your approximate location. This data is cached locally in your browser session and is not stored on our servers.
• Fallback location: If geolocation permission is denied, we use a default location (Mumbai) for weather data. No precise location data is collected or stored in this case.

You can revoke geolocation permission at any time through your browser settings. The platform functions fully without location access.

2.4 AI Assistant Interaction Data

Our platform includes an AI-powered assistant. When you interact with the assistant:

• Chat messages: Messages are processed by Amazon Bedrock (Amazon Nova Pro model) to generate responses. Messages are stored temporarily and automatically deleted after 24 hours.
• Session data: Chat sessions are identified by a random session ID stored in your browser. No login is required to use the assistant.
• Page context: The assistant is aware of which page you are currently viewing. No page content or form data is sent to the AI model unless you explicitly include it in your messages.
• Interaction patterns: The mascot character tracks mouse/touch position locally in your browser for animations. This data never leaves your device.

2.5 Partner Information

For service partners, we additionally collect:

• Business registration details
• Service areas and capabilities
• Bank account details for payments
• Identity verification documents

We use the collected information for:
