How to Accept a Job

Learn how partners can find and accept repair jobs

Enable notifications

Make sure push notifications are enabled on your device. When a customer books a repair in your service area, you'll receive an instant notification.

Browse open jobs

Go to "Open Jobs" in your dashboard to see all available repair requests in your service area. Jobs show the device type, location area, and preferred time.

Review job details

Click on a job to see more details including the problem description and customer's preferred time slot. Make sure you can handle this repair type.

Accept the job

Click "Accept" to take the job. Remember, jobs are first-come-first-serve! The assignment fee will be deducted from your wallet balance.

Contact the customer

Once accepted, you can see the customer's full contact details. Use the in-app chat or call to confirm the appointment and get any additional details.
