How to Book a Repair

Step-by-step guide to booking your first repair service

Choose your device category

Start by clicking "Book a Repair" on our homepage or your dashboard. Select the type of device you need repaired - mobile, laptop, TV, refrigerator, washing machine, AC, or other appliances.

Describe the issue

Tell us what's wrong with your device. Be specific - mention the brand, model if known, and describe the problem in detail. This helps technicians prepare for your repair.

Enter your address

Provide the address where you want the repair done. You can use your saved addresses or add a new one. Make sure to include any landmark or building details that help the technician find you.

Select date and time

Choose your preferred date and time slot for the repair. We offer morning (9 AM - 12 PM), afternoon (12 PM - 4 PM), and evening (4 PM - 7 PM) slots.

Review and submit

Review all your details and submit the booking. You'll receive a confirmation email, and a verified technician will be assigned to your request shortly.
