What to do when problems arise during a repair job

Contact customer

If any issues arise during the job, use the in-app chat or call feature to communicate with the customer immediately. Clear communication prevents misunderstandings.

Report a problem

If you can't reach the customer or face issues outside your control, use the "Report Issue" button on the job page. Our support team will assist you.

Request cancellation

If you need to cancel an accepted job, go to the job details and select "Request Cancellation". Provide a valid reason - frequent cancellations affect your rating.

Dispute resolution

For payment disputes or customer complaints, contact partner support via the app. Provide all relevant details and documentation for quick resolution.
