Wait for the technician to finish your repair and mark the job as completed. You'll receive a notification and email confirming the repair is done.

Rate your experience
Open your completed booking and tap the "Leave Review" button. Select 1 to 5 stars based on your experience - 5 being excellent service.

Write feedback
Add optional comments about your experience. Mention what went well - was the technician punctual, skilled, or friendly? Your detailed feedback helps others choose.

Submit review
Tap "Submit Review" to publish. Your review will appear on the technician's profile and helps maintain quality standards on our platform.
