Tracking Your Repair
How to track your repair status and communicate with technicians
Access My Bookings
Go to your dashboard and click "My Bookings" to see all your repair requests. Each booking shows its current status.
Understand status updates
Track your repair through each stage: Pending (waiting for technician), Assigned (technician accepted), On The Way (technician is coming), In Progress (repair started), Completed.
Chat with technician
Once a technician is assigned, use the in-app chat to communicate. Ask questions about the repair, share additional photos, or coordinate arrival time.
Get cost estimate
Before starting the repair, the technician will diagnose the issue and provide a cost estimate. You can approve or decline to proceed.
Leave a review
After the repair is complete, leave a rating and review for the technician. Your feedback helps maintain quality and helps other customers.
