1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FixMyGadgets's services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

FixMyGadgets is a platform that connects customers seeking repair services with independent repair professionals ("Partners"). We facilitate the booking and communication process but do not directly perform repair services.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of our services, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. For Customers

As a customer using FixMyGadgets, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your repair needs
• Be available at the scheduled time for service
• Pay for services as agreed upon with the Partner
• Treat Partners with respect and professionalism
• Provide honest reviews and feedback

5. For Partners

As a repair Partner on FixMyGadgets, you agree to:

• Maintain all required licenses and certifications
• Provide services professionally and competently
• Honor quoted prices and service commitments
• Maintain appropriate insurance coverage
• Pay applicable platform fees (Mobile ₹50, Laptop ₹150, AC ₹200 per assignment)
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

6. Payments

Payment terms:

• Customers pay Partners directly for repair services
• Partners receive ₹3,000 onboarding credit upon registration
• Assignment fees are deducted from Partner accounts
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)

7. Service Warranty

FixMyGadgets facilitates a 30-day warranty on repairs completed through our platform. Warranty claims should be reported through our customer support.

8. Limitation of Liability

FixMyGadgets acts as an intermediary platform. We are not responsible for:

• The quality of repair services provided by Partners
• Damages to devices during repair
• Disputes between customers and Partners
• Loss of data or content on devices

Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid to FixMyGadgets.

9. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

• Use the platform for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Circumvent the platform for direct transactions
• Post false or misleading information
• Attempt to access others' accounts
• Interfere with the platform's operation

10. Intellectual Property

All content on FixMyGadgets, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is owned by FixMyGadgets and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our content without permission.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also close your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
